Work officially begins on a groundbreaking
vision of community

On June 28, 2005 ground was officially broken on Heritage Hill Community. The event was a great success, with over one hundred spectators, media representatives, and public officials attending.

“We’ve worked diligently to make this a very unique and convenient community,” says Steve Plenge, co-owner of the land on which Heritage Hill is being built. “There’s really no place in the Louisville Metro area that offers all the things Heritage Hill does.”
The groundbreaking included the ceremonial planting of a tree that symbolizes growth, conservation, and natural beauty–all of which are fundamental to the development of Heritage Hill.
